Went for a cleaning this week, Tiana did an amazing job. Very friendly, definitely my best dentist experience I've had.

I had such a great experience here from start to finish. I came in for the new patient special (X-rays, exam, and cleaning) and was able to get an appointment the very next day with Dr. Teng. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. Nataly assisted with my X-rays and fillings, and she was absolutely fabulous. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. They also used an advanced scanner to get a detailed look at my airways and ran a bacterial test, which was a really thoughtful and impressive addition to the exam. Dr. Teng was excellent. He took the time to walk me through my assessment and clearly explain my treatment plan without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What I really appreciated was that I didn’t have to wait weeks to get started. They offered to begin treatment right away, which was incredibly convenient. Dr. Teng also had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. The front office team was also very helpful, especially when it came to navigating payment options since my insurance hadn’t kicked in yet. Everything was explained clearly, and Dr. Teng even made thoughtful recommendations on how to best use my FSA to minimize out-of-pocket costs. The office itself is extremely clean and well-run. The hygienist who came in to numb me did an amazing job, very gentle and efficient. Even though one of the assistants seemed newer she did a great job prepping for the cleaning, and the entire team worked together professionally and made me feel well taken care of. Overall, this was a seamless, patient-centered experience with a team that clearly cares about both your comfort and your understanding of the process. Highly recommend.
